Steroids Help deciding on how much NPP to run

I'm interested in NPP. I ran Deca around 10 years ago. This time I would like to run NPP to help with joints and build some good-quality moderate muscle mass. Do you think that 300 mg a week works well or should I run something else? I'm in my 50s and my joints are bothering me.

NPP is definitely a good option. I would go with anywhere from 200 to 400 mg a week. It just depends on how aggressive you want to get.

- NPP 300 mg a week
- Testosterone 250 mg a week
- Proviron 25 mg a day

I would do this cycle about 10 weeks. That is perfect with NPP and you can get some excellent NPP from domestic supply.

Bros, why not just do some deca instead of NPP? It's fewer injections and you can run it for 12 weeks or 14 weeks.

When you're running NPP and testosterone, you really need two things with it:
1. Aromasin or Arimidex
2. Proviron
Those two will keep things smooth on cycle.

If gaining lean muscle mass, improved recovery and joint support is your goal, then NPP could help.

But it is advisable to run a safe cycle of between 200-300 mg/wk on an 8-12 week cycle. Split your dose to two injections per week (3-4 days apart), as this will help you maintain stable blood hormone levels.

For your PCT protocol, you should start 3 to 4 weeks after your last injection and you'll run a 4-6 week protocol.
Use Clomid: 50mg/day (wk 1-2), 25mg/day (wk 3-4), Nolvadex: 20mg/day (for 4-6 weeks)
DHEA: 100 mg/day (for 4-6 weeks).
