Looking to try something different and bulk up for a change. Everyone wants to cut down but I would like to bulk I’m 195 lbs and 5’10”
I’ve been cutting quite a bit over the past 3 years and went from 230 lbs down to 190 lbs and now I’m back up to 195 lbs.
What do you think about doing NPP + test prop for 12 weeks? Is this a good one or should I run something else?
