SARMS low carbs + sarms doable?

I’m looking to cut down my carb intake to a very small amount
Maybe going 30 or 40 g at the most
do you think this is going to be doable if I’m doing sarms?
I’m currently doing about 250 g so it’d be a big drop and I would like to see if I can drop body fat going this route.
I’m currently 236 lbs 5’10” and around 25% body fat
the two sarms I’m interested in are lgd and GW 501516 and doing 20 mg of each for 20 weeks

Yes, you can! My advice is to gradually reduce your carbohydrate intake little by little until you reach your key daily amount, allowing your receptors to acclimate again. It also depends on the type of carbohydrates you choose. I suggest focusing on complex carbohydrates, as they are broken down slowly and release glucose (energy) gradually into the bloodstream. This helps prevent rapid spikes and crashes in blood sugar levels.
Here are some types of complex carbohydrates to consider:
  • Whole grains (such as brown rice, quinoa, oats, and wheat)
  • Fruits (like apples, bananas, and berries)
  • Vegetables (including potatoes, peas, and carrots)
  • Legumes (such as beans, lentils, and chickpeas)
