Peptides retatrutide 10mgs vials need help

I got some retatrutide on the way. Thought I had everything ready but now, I’m a bit confused..
if I add 1Ml of bac water to the vial how much does it mean I have if I go to the 10 on the my slin pin? Is it 1mgs at that mark or is it .5mg? every time I have it figured out. I confuse myself more.
I’m looking to lose 25 stubborn pounds, and I plan on doing 1 mg a week for the first 4 weeks. And then gradually. Increasing it 1 mg every 2 weeks. Do you think that’s a good strategy?
