To get your serum testosterone levels to a more normal level you could typically use HCG - 2,000 IU EOD for 20 days along with SERMs - Tamoxifen (Nolvadex) - 40 mg for 45 days and Clomiphene (Clomid) - 100 mg for 30 days.
