Fasted weight came in at 223.8 this morning, staying really consistent right in this range which I am happy with as the cut continues. Sleep was actually great. Even though the tren has not affected my sleep so far, I still wanted to test out TRENsomnia by Pro Muscle Labs just to see what all the talk was about. That stuff absolutely knocked me out. I slept until around 4am which is my gym day wake up, then fell right back asleep after. Ended up getting almost 8 hours total and the dreams were pretty wild. Hopefully tren never actually starts impacting my sleep, but if it does I think this stuff is going to help a lot. I’ll definitely report back later if I end up needing it more regularly. No pump today since it turned into my scheduled rest day. I have to drive everyone to the airport super early tomorrow morning and then I’m planning to head straight to the gym after that. Thinking shoulders will be the move. Overall it was a really good day though. Had my mid-year review at work and things are going really well there, so that felt great too. Also decided it is probably time for a small bump to the tren, moving from 70mg weekly to 100mg weekly and just slowly working it up over time.

My baby niece was crying a lot through the night which kept waking me up, and on top of that I had to be up early to take family to the airport. After dropping everyone off I headed straight to the gym for shoulders. Even with the rough sleep the preworkout definitely carried the energy and the US-Pharmacies tadalafil had the pump feeling great. Workout ended up being really solid and surprisingly the energy stayed with me through the whole day instead of crashing out later. Overall a productive day and now I’m looking forward to a good pull session tomorrow.

Fasted weight came in at 222.9 this morning, another nice drop and things are definitely moving in the right direction. Sleep was actually great overall with a little over 7 hours even with a few wakeups during the night. Woke up feeling really hot and sweaty a couple times, which might be the tren starting to show itself a bit more, plus a few bathroom trips mixed in there. Nothing too bad though, just dropped down to boxers and cranked the AC colder before falling back asleep. Got in a solid mid day back workout and everything felt on point. Strength was there, energy stayed high, and I felt really full throughout the entire session. Overall just a really good day and now I’m curious to see how tonight goes sleep-wise as the tren continues settling in.

Fasted weight came in at 222.4 this morning, another small drop and things are continuing to trend really well right now. Sleep was good overall even with a couple wakeups and some light night sweats. Definitely noticing a little more heat at night lately but nothing too crazy yet. Still managed to get around 7 hours of solid sleep and felt good throughout the day. One thing I noticed today was no crashing at all energy-wise which was nice. No pump and no gym today though since tomorrow’s planned rest day got moved to today. I have a men’s church event tomorrow morning and apparently it is a CrossFit workout followed by breakfast. We will see how that goes because I have never done CrossFit in my life and honestly probably would not if it was not for this event lol. Should be interesting at least and I’ll definitely update everyone on how it goes afterward.

Fasted weight came in at 222.9 this morning, basically holding steady from yesterday which I’m completely fine with. Sleep was alright at a little over 6 hours, but I’ve definitely been waking up too much the past few nights to go to the bathroom. I’m honestly considering cutting fluids off after a certain time because it’s starting to interrupt sleep more than I’d like. Today’s workout was the men’s church CrossFit event. Honestly it was not nearly as bad as I expected. The actual workout was only about 20 minutes and there was a ton of stretching and warmup beforehand, which I’m definitely not used to since I normally just get straight into lifting lol. Definitely not my style overall though. No real pump and it felt much more like a cardio session than actual training, but it was still cool getting out there and doing something different. Rest of the day was super chill. Hung out at home, made a chuck roast dinner for the family, and worked a little on the backyard once the weather cooled down. Ready to get back to the gym tomorrow morning though because I’m definitely looking forward to a good push session. Back to real lifting tomorrow

Fasted weight came in at 224 flat this morning, a slight bump but still right in that consistent range I’ve been holding. Sleep was ok at around 6 hours with CPAP most of the night. Definitely didn’t want to get up when the alarm hit, but that’s just not me unless it’s absolutely needed. Glad I pushed through though because it turned into a great session. Had a sick pump and everything felt strong and dialed in. That kind of start carried into the rest of the day too with good energy and a positive mindset. After that it was church followed by our yearly church family picnic and it was a great turnout. One of the best parts was getting complimented by someone I hadn’t seen in a while. That always hits different when people notice the work you’ve been putting in. Solid day all around.

Fasted weight came in at 223.8 this morning, but I definitely did not feel great. Felt bloated and full of gas which carried over from the night before. Sleep was pretty bad because of it too, lots of burping and just overall discomfort that kept me from getting quality rest. Still got myself into the gym, but it was not the best session. I was able to feel somewhat normal once I got going, but the discomfort was definitely there the whole time. Not one of those days where everything is clicking. Energy was low all day and I ended up having to take a mid day nap just to get through it. Only caffeine I had was about 100mg with my preworkout, so I wasn’t overly stimmed either. Definitely one of those days where the body just feels off. Going to try and get to bed earlier tonight and reset so I can wake up feeling better tomorrow. Anyone else have those random off days where digestion just throws everything out of sync?

Fasted weight came in at 221.3 this morning, nice little drop and definitely feeling better overall compared to yesterday. Sleep was great too, got a little over 8 hours with maybe only one trip to the bathroom and a couple wakeups from sweating. Between the naps yesterday and all the sleep last night I almost feel like I overslept for once. Definitely feels like the body needed it though. I also skipped energy drinks yesterday and today to let my system calm down a bit before throwing caffeine back in tomorrow morning for training. Huge difference in how I feel today compared to yesterday’s bloated and drained feeling. Stomach feels normal again, energy is steady, and I’m ready for a good back session tomorrow morning. Sometimes a little extra recovery and pulling back on stimulants really does the trick.

Fasted weight came in at 221.3 this morning. Sleep was pretty rough though. Unfortunately my daughter’s health took a turn for the worse and we ended up taking her to the ER last night. They decided to admit her for more testing and observation. Right now we were told it will be at least a few days, possibly longer depending on what they find. Just praying they get answers quickly and that everything gets resolved. My wife stayed with her most of the day and is staying overnight while I’m home with our youngest handling school and everything else on this side. Definitely one of those moments where the gym and everything else takes a backseat mentally. Since it’s mostly a waiting game right now, I’ll probably use tomorrow as my rest day too and save up sick hours in case we need them later in the week. I still got a little session in at the home gym while my little one wanted to hop on the stairs. Honestly it helped clear my head a bit. The workout itself was not bad either, but I definitely need heavier weights at home. Did what I could with what I had. Also making a small adjustment to the protocol, cycling off Klow and SS31 for a bit and bumping MOTS-C up to 4mg daily. Hug your kids a little tighter tonight fellas.

Fasted weight came in at 219 flat this morning and I definitely think the tren combined with the rest of the stack plus tighter macros is really starting to show now. Sleep was not the greatest though. Woke up at least three times during the night and then my little one climbed into bed and she is basically a furnace, so I had to crank the AC even colder just to get comfortable again. Even with the rough sleep, energy stayed surprisingly solid throughout the whole day. Started the morning with an early CPAP appointment, got a little work done, then pulled the youngest out of school early so we could all spend time together with her sister at the hospital. No gym today, just family time and trying to stay present through all of this. Small update on my daughter as well. The liver biopsy is now being pushed to next week because of the nosebleeds she has been having. The specialist wants to coordinate with hematology first to make sure there are no clotting complications before doing the biopsy. The good news is some of her recent numbers have slightly dropped, which is making them lean more toward this being autoimmune related. Right now we are basically waiting until it is safe to do the biopsy and then from there the plan would likely be prednisone while waiting a couple weeks for the autoimmune panel results. If the panel comes back positive they would add additional medications alongside the prednisone, but at least treatment would then move to outpatient instead of extended hospital stays. Mentally I definitely need tomorrow’s gym session though, already planning a solid mid day workout.
