Fasted weight came in at 219lbs this morning. Sleep was decent at around 6 hours and I got up pretty easily to get ready for leg day. Energy was up early and held pretty solid throughout the day, which was nice after getting back into the gym rhythm again.

Leg session was a good one. Pump was crazy and honestly had me feeling like my quads were going to explode by the end of it. Mood was also the best it’s been in a while because my daughter and wife finally came home from the hospital. That alone made the whole day feel lighter. Looking forward to sleeping in tomorrow and getting some solid recovery after jumping back on the gym train this week.

Easy log today. Fasted weight came in at 218.8, so basically still holding steady. Routine with food and training is slowly starting to come back together, which feels good after everything being all over the place lately.

Today was a recovery day and honestly I needed it. Haven’t been this sore in a while, especially after getting back into the gym groove this week. Sleep was great too, got a solid 8 hours and honestly could have slept even more. Planning on another recovery day tomorrow, but I’ll probably get some cardio in just to keep things moving.


Morning fasted weight: 218.8lbs
Sleep: ~8 hours, great recovery sleep
Pump / energy / mood: No pump, sore but recovering, steady mood overall

Fasted weight came in at 217.8 this morning and sleep was great at around 7 hours. Over 5 of those hours were with the CPAP too, so you know the quality was good. Energy held strong throughout the day, which was nice. Got plenty of walking in while shopping with my little one and then finished it off with 30 minutes on the stairs.

Back to lifting tomorrow though. Need to get a good session in before church and get some gains for the Lord lol. Feeling good with the routine slowly coming back together and ready to keep building momentum.

Fasted weight came in at 218.1 this morning. Sleep was just alright at almost 6 hours, mostly because of the early wake up to get a good push day in before church. Energy stayed steady throughout the day though and mood was solid too.

Workout went really well. Pump was solid and strength felt good in the gym, which always makes the early wake up worth it. After dinner I got some good steps in with my youngest daughter while she rode her bike, so overall it was a pretty active day. Ready to hit legs tomorrow and keep the routine rolling.

I was trying to sleep as much as poss today ready for a night shoot but it got cancelled
 
Fasted weight came in at 218 exactly this morning. Sleep was decent at almost 6 hours, then it was an early wake up for leg day. Energy was good, strength was there, and the pump was great. Legs were looking the most vascular they’ve ever looked, which was definitely cool to see.

Energy the rest of the day wasn’t bad either, especially considering caffeine has been lower for a good bit now. Today is also the last day for SLU and Primo. Dropping both of those and bringing Test down to 200mg a week for the next few weeks. Looking forward to seeing how everything feels with the protocol simplified a bit while still keeping training and food moving in the right direction.
