Steroids what to do when you get dizzy on cycle?

I’m 5’9’’ and 240 pounds. Around 22% body fat.
I’m currently doing a 1000 mg. A week of testosterone along with 1-2mgs a week of adex.
Been noticing that I have a lot of dizzy spells..
When I’m on my back and I get up. My head starts spinning.
Not sure if this is related to the steroids or if it’s related to something else.
I check my blood pressure and everything looks good. You have any advice as to what is going on?
What should I do from here?

dizzy probably you got high BP brother
drop the test to 500mgs and keep arimidex up add n2guard and cut your sodium intake
