Back from my trip and want to start this one off with RIP Grandma. I’m grateful I was able to be with you before you passed.

Today was my first day back from Mexico and I kicked it off with an early morning leg day. Fasted weight came in at 215.5lbs and sleep was solid at around 7 hours. Looks like the trip didn’t really do any damage to my weight either, which is awesome considering I wasn’t tracking food at all while I was gone. I did get a workout in while I was out there though, and definitely had to check the mirror to make sure the abs were still there lol.

Today I’m back to eating clean and trying to lock back in. Workout was good overall. Energy was high and the pump was great, but strength wasn’t quite where it normally is. Not too worried about it though after traveling and being off routine for a few days. Since I’m getting back to my normal schedule tomorrow, it’ll just be an active recovery day to keep things moving.

Morning fasted weight: 215.5lbs
Sleep: ~7 hours, solid sleep overall
Pump / energy / mood: Great pump, high energy, strength slightly down

Pretty chill day today. Fasted weight came in at 214.7lbs and sleep was good at around 7.5 hours. Took a complete rest day since I’m going in for blood work tomorrow morning.

Nothing too crazy to report today. Just focused on recovery, keeping food in a decent range, and getting ready for labs. I’ll report back once the results come in and see where everything is sitting.

Morning fasted weight: 214.7lbs
Sleep: ~7.5 hours, good sleep overall
Pump / energy / mood: No pump, steady energy, relaxed mood

Fasted weight came in at 215.3lbs today and sleep was solid again at around 7.5 hours, even with a couple wakeups. Had bloodwork this morning so I stayed fasted until after labs were done. Because of that, workout ended up being a steady 45 minutes on the stairs instead of lifting.

Honestly it felt good to just get some blood moving through the legs and work out some of that soreness. Labs are in now, so hopefully it doesn’t take too long to get the results back. Planning to sleep in a little tomorrow and then hit shoulders mid day.
