Another hard day in paradise. Took some of Landon's PWO he'd given me. While I felt a little anxious walking down (normal for leg day) I can't say I was tingling etc. But work got done Hatfield Squat
to 355kg/781lbs x 4 reps (used the new skinny calibrated plates as well)

to 730kg/1606lbs x 6 reps (as above with the plates and got the gym owner to lean on me. Left lat cramped lol)
Tuesday Seated Press
w/ups, bar x 8 reps, 60kg x 8 reps, 85kg x 6 reps, 120kg/264lbs x 5 reps
Wide Grip Two Hand Saxon Bar
12.5kg bar x 8 reps, 52.5kg x 6 reps, 72.5kg x 3 reps, 92.5kg x 3 reps, 102.5kg x 3 reps, 112.5kg x 1 rep and 117.5kg x F (also old PB IIRC)

Heavy Arm Day Dumbbell Hammer Curls
10kg x 20 reps, 30kg x 9 reps, 50kg x 9 reps, 70kg x 9 reps, 90kg/198lbs x 9 reps (had a buddy film this - just waiting on it). All per arm
Skull Crusher

Standing BB Wrist Curl

Did EVERYTHING to ensure I had a 100% on point workout. To the point of feeling anxious walking to the gym. Hatfield Squat

Lying Leg Curls

stack x 10 reps, stack x 15 reps with some negatives (didn't push this exercise)
Standing BB Wrist Curls
Meant to do 3-inch wrist roller but forget to take the loading pin d'uh
Worked to 125kg/275lbs (tad too heavy) x 5. D/S to 60kg/132lbs x 20 and then repped/flexed with a stick
