Could have been better. Yet I allow for an off session and I'm still ahead of where I was the last on the last training cycle. But I'm bitching anyway

Hatfield Squat
to 375kg/825lbs x 1 (planned on 3-4) rep

Leg Press
to 750kg/1650lbs x 6 reps. Bitched about one of the owners selling 4 x 25kg/55lbs. I want more not less.

Lying Leg Curls
to 19p x 5 reps

Seated Press
Lot of faffing about as the rack was in use until the final work set
w/up, 60kg x 8 reps, 85kg x 6 reps, 127.5kg/280lbs x 4 reps (rep PB)

Thick Handled Dumbbell Work
Straight in at the working weight. Just ensured I dried my hands. Got better as I went along
62.5kg/137.5lbs x 1+2, 3 and 3L/4R

Not the best sleep. HAF session (energy etc)
Hammer DB Curl
to 90kg/198lbs x 11 reps

Skull Crushers
to 91.5kg/201.3lbs x 3 reps

Standing Reverse BB Wrist Curls
to 70kg/154lbs x 7 reps
 
Friday
Another had day with one small (maybe 2) balls up. I'm approaching out and out max strength so recovery gets harder
Sus/Dec from @Pur-Pharma-Canada and ProV from @PuritySourceLabs has been upped to 1.6+g total.

Bench Press
Usual warm ups. Then work set with single ply slingshot 195kg, 200kg and 205kg/451lbs x 3 reps each. Small hitch on the top set as the gym owner made a grab for it on rep one thinking I was doing a single

Low Cable Rows
C**ked up cos I had a plan to pin 80kg/176lbs to the stack (eqv to 168kg/369lbs) and realized the gym pin was at home
So 3/4 stack x 30 reps and stack x 30 reps

Thick Handled Dumbbell Work
Slow to warm up but also I would 'indian burn' the handle to get the hand 'grippy'. So the 2nd and 3rd sets were a LOAD better than the first. DB was back loaded to make weight
Handle + 63.75kg/140.25lbs

Handle + 65kg/143lbs x 3 r/p reps, x 3 reps then x 3 r/p reps

Bench Press
Half way through we had to jump in the gym owners car and zoom (at some speed lol) back home to fetch my elbow sleeves. Worked to a fail (although it looked like it DID touch the chest I just failed the press) using the F8/Triple Ply to 320kg/704lbs

Low Cable Rows
worked in with a younger member/
Stack x 8 reps, stack +80kg/186lbs and pin x 8 reps (eqv to 168kg/369.6lbs)

Thick Handled Dumbbell Work
LH (only): 65kg/143lbs x 3 x 3 reps Still not 100%

Different approach with the foot a little less off the gas. @ Local gym
Power Squat Machine
First time in ages
200kg x 8 reps, 320kg x 6 reps, 530kg/1166lbs x 2 reps (PB on that machine). On a better day I'd have hit 4 reps

Leg Press
Feet a lot lower down the foot plate
200kg x 8 reps, 300kg x 8 reps and 400kg/880lbs x 8 reps

Lying Leg Curl
8p x 8 reps, 15p x 6 reps (faster pace than peviously)

Veins and pump on point

10kg x 20 reps, 20kg x 12 reps, 30kg/66lbs x 8 reps

Tricep Pressdown (followed by one arm cable) - on ez handle
7p x 12 reps, 10p x 12 reps, 13p/78kg/174lbs x 8 reps

Standing BB Wrist Curl
bar x 20 reps, 50kg x 15 reps, 80kg x 15 reps, 90kg x 12 reps. Broomstick x 20 reps

Overall feeling the effects of being back to RT but equally looking vascular, nice pump and done quite quickly (45 mins?)

Minuses:
Body-weight barely changed. To be fair I did NOT push food hard. I may well have maxed out. The previous 336lbs top weight came after a cut so that might have had something to do with it. Also pushing from 1050 to 1600mg (just 2 weeks) was uncomfortable.

Pluses:
Maxing my Hatfield Squat. Up from 410kg/903lbs to 420kg/925lbs (10 plates a side)
Maxing my Seated Press. Up from 132.5kg/292lbs to 140kg/308lbs (3 plates a side)

One issue with strength is always gonna be... could I have done more. I kinda wished 1) I'd have gone an inch lower on the squat and 2) put 460kg/1014lbs on just to see if I could have done the grand... who knows
