Bit more sleep might be useful. Did you feel rested after 6 hours?
Sleep was good overall at a little over 6 hours with around 4 of those using the CPAP. Since cruising on TRT, sleep interruptions have been way better too, usually only one or two wakeups max if any.
Feeling rested?
NiceFasted weight came in at 219.1lbs this morning and sleep was great. Didn’t wake up at all last night and got a solid 8 hours, easily the most uninterrupted sleep I’ve had in a while. Definitely felt good getting that kind of recovery in.
No gym today, but still got 30 minutes on the stairs here at home. Work was busy, but it was a good kind of busy, probably because I know I’m heading into an extended weekend. Got the next 5 days off, so I’m looking forward to some extra recovery, family time, and getting some good training in.
