diet is looking really solid man. i see a lot of quality food. just be careful with the almond milk, i would switch to raw coconut water/milk instead. its far more natural.. almond milk is too processed
@Gio777
Thanks Steve. I cut back on the almond milk and now just adding water to my oatmeal. The only thing I'm having with almond milk now is my shake, about 1 cup, with everything thrown in that has strong taste, ginger, lemon and blueberry to try and mask the bitterness and just all around shitty taste of the powdered Berberine.
I also use the app Yuka, which is amazing for anything I buy now. It gives you a really great breakdown of any food and all additives and gives them a score rating from excellent to bad. I scanned all the almond milks available to me and the one I picked is the best option. Called Earths Own. My wife and I use this quite often. It's especially useful for her since she is eating extremely clean and Yuka lists any and all additives, if any, and their impact. It's a pretty amazing tool.

Yesterday was a bit of a shit show.
Workout was put to the side to put out fires and didn't get home till very late.
Diet still on track.
Breakfast- oatmeal, protein, almond milk, blueberries.
Lunch. Boneless skinless chicken thighs 3, Greek yogurt with blueberries.
Dinner. Mahi mahi, meat loaf, russet potatoes, sautéed veggies, broccoli.
Snack. 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds.
Yeah i had a day like that as well yesterday just a cluster fuck of a mess.

Well I think I pushed it a bit too hard on this shoulder. I've been trying to modify things around it, but feeling good and bit stronger, good tunes and just being point headed and stupid= damn. Kept me up through the night.
I'm going to have to get this fixed. It's been a very long injury. Almost 10 months now involving separated shoulder, which fixed itself when I slipped on some ice and fell on it and put it back in place, lol. But that didn't fix the almost total tear of the supraspinatus or the severe tear of the labrum.
I will keep at it but will severely have to modify how I do things. With that said, I'm off for my morning ruck.
Oh, also wanted to say that I've upped my test to 130mgs and could immediately feel the difference from the 100 I have been taking.
you pinning bpc into the shoulder?

and checking meal tell us what that is please @Gio777

Well I have to say I had no idea what bpc was a just looked it up. Interesting. I really wasn't even aware of all these peptides even being available. Seems pretty amazing.
Have you or anyone else on here used bpc and what were the results? And if so, supplier and how best to take it please?
Thanks in advance.

@Gio777 BPC is used in local injections around the injury, around 500mcg pinned with insulin syringe
its like 100% the best for recovery with tb500
use ONLY USA made peptides from umbrella labs, legit and we tested them here

@Noah Wixx uses BPC in his logs over time

Ha!! Not skating, just walking, pretty well a 5 mile hike with 29 lb weight in a backpack. It will get you sweating and pushes your legs cause I'm at a Forest Gump pace. Dinner was great, so was the tequilas and water. No idea as to calories but didn't matter. I'm full and happy. Out on lake on buddies amazing new boat.
