Thanks Steve. I cut back on the almond milk and now just adding water to my oatmeal. The only thing I'm having with almond milk now is my shake, about 1 cup, with everything thrown in that has strong taste, ginger, lemon and blueberry to try and mask the bitterness and just all around shitty taste of the powdered Berberine.diet is looking really solid man. i see a lot of quality food. just be careful with the almond milk, i would switch to raw coconut water/milk instead. its far more natural.. almond milk is too processed

I also use the app Yuka, which is amazing for anything I buy now. It gives you a really great breakdown of any food and all additives and gives them a score rating from excellent to bad. I scanned all the almond milks available to me and the one I picked is the best option. Called Earths Own. My wife and I use this quite often. It's especially useful for her since she is eating extremely clean and Yuka lists any and all additives, if any, and their impact. It's a pretty amazing tool.
