Well I have to say I had no idea what bpc was a just looked it up. Interesting. I really wasn't even aware of all these peptides even being available. Seems pretty amazing.
Have you or anyone else on here used bpc and what were the results? And if so, supplier and how best to take it please?

That's it for workout today. Another rest day for shoulder.
Breakfast. Usual. Oatmeal w water. Protein. Blueberries.
Shake. Almond milk. Lemon. Ginger. Banana. Protein.
Lunch. Russet potatoes. Small chicken breast.
Dinner. Going out. No idea yet. But prob going to have a couple tequila and waters and fish.

You put some of those in you'll definitely build up your conditioning.

@Gio777 It's always important to familiarize yourself with all these compounds. There are so many different options that do so many different things. You're gonna love learning about them.

@Ulter, you're absolutely right, I find it pretty fascinating. I had no idea about any of them or what they are capable of. I just need to find a good supplier.
 
Supplier = Umbrella Labs. Lots of info on dosing etc on the forums and podcasts
Thank you. Someone had earlier mentioned RCS-Research Chemical Sciences. Seems to me that this place will just workout easier for me to order from than Umbrella. They have both the peptides and cardarine that I want. Think I might go with them.

bpc is a great option. it will work very well for you. i recommend stacking some tb500 with it too

Ha!! Not skating, just walking, pretty well a 5 mile hike with 29 lb weight in a backpack. It will get you sweating and pushes your legs cause I'm at a Forest Gump pace. Dinner was great, so was the tequilas and water. No idea as to calories but didn't matter. I'm full and happy. Out on lake on buddies amazing new boat.

Dinner. Baked Salmon. Mixed baked veggies. Salad with tahini dressing.

I use bpc157 alot it definitely has helped me a ton with my knee

Workout: 6 round tabata (all dumbbells)

  1. 2x4. Bicep curls 28lbs. Cable press 90lbs. Hammer curls. 28lbs. Lateral raises. 12lbs
  2. 1-4. Squat into left lunge. 5-8 Squat into right lunge. Body weight
  3. 1-8. Mountain climbers w plank
  4. 2x4. Cherry pickers. 50lb dumbbell. Frog Jumps.
  5. 2x4. Weighted bridges. 50lb. Wall squats.
  6. 2x4. Snatch. Right-38 Left-29
Diet. 1280 calories

Breakfast. Oatmeal. Water. Protein. Blueberries.
Shake. Almond milk. Protein. Lemon. Ginger. Blueberries.
Dinner. Baked Salmon. Baked potatoes. Avocado. Raw broccoli.
Late snack. 30 grams walnuts. Green grapes.

Lunch. This one's for you Big Papa lol.
Avocado with lemon, salt and pepper and handful of almonds.
Dinner. Russet potatoes. Chicken breast. Mixed veggies.
