True bro, I try not to lift too heavy to avoid issues. I had rotator cuff problems in the past from trying too hard and I still get the occasional pinchLooking at those flyes just hurts my shoulders, lol. I wish I could still do them but it puts too much stress on my rotator cuff which took a long time to get healed up.
