Thick Handled Dumbbell Work
+67.5kg/148.5lbs
LH: 1, 1, 1 reps
RH: 3 r/p, 3, 3 reps

truth is you have the best set up and adding this is going to be GUNNING to the top @Mobster

Hip Belt Squat
150kg x 8 reps, 290kg x 8 reps, 430kg x 6 reps. Had 500kg/1100lbs in mind so loaded 490kg/1078lbs x 3 reps (PB). Vid/pic done

Leg Press
240kg x 8 reps, 430kg x 8 reps, 650kg/1430lbs x 6 reps

Lying Leg Curls
8p x 8 reps, 16p+1 stacker plate x 6 r/rp reps

Leg Extensions
stack (125kg/275lbs) x 2 x 13 reps
 
Tuesday
Seated BB Press
to 107.5kg x 8 reps. If I can get it off the pins it seems I can rep it

Rear Delt Machine
to 116kg x 8 reps. One more plate on stack to go

Saxon Bar
to 107.5kg x 3 x 3 reps. Will do this again next week cos it might have been a misload
 
Thursday
Hammer DB Curls
12.5kg x 20, 30kg x 8, 50kg x 8, 70kg x 8, 90kg/198lbs x 6 (could have done more)

Skull Crushers
bar x 20, 29kg x 8, 49kg x 8 89kg/196lbs x 5 (jumped to this weight cos I was could).

Reverse Standing BB Wrist Curls
bar x 20, 50kg x 8 reps, 80kg/176lbs x 6 then d/s to bar x 20 and BS x 20

I knew, as I walked to the gym, that it was gonna be a good bench day
Dumbbell Bench Press
w/up (BS) x 40, 12.5kg x 15, 22.5kg x 12, 35kg x 8, 55kg/121lbs per hand x 6 reps (might match an old PB)

Supported Chest Row/Primal Low Row
w/up, 20kg x 8, 50kg x 8 and 85kg/187lbs x 6 reps (hvy)
