Tricep Pressdowns + Multi-angle Cable Work
7p x 15 reps, 10p x 15 reps, 13p x 15 reps then some multi-angle cable 3p x 20 and 5p x L12/R15 reps

Standing Flexor BB Wrist Curls
bar x 20 reps, 60kg x 15reps, 90kg x 12 reps, 110kg x 8 reps (need to tweak weights cos I want a little more volume). Dropped to broomstick x 20 reps (need to get a photo of the forearms after)

Dumbbell Bench Press - Slight Incline
Spot into position only on last set
10kg @ x 20 reps, 20kg @ x 15 reps, 30kg x 15 reps, 40kg/88lbs @ x 13+1+1 (slight pause)

1/2 stack x 12 reps, stack x 12 reps

Pull Ups
Bwt (322lbs) x 6 reps, then added 5kg/11lbs

Thick Handled Dumbbell Work
bar + 67.5kg/148.5lbs x LH: 1, 1, 1 reps RH:1, 2 and 3 reps
